What's slurping?
Berry Frappe 

This Berry Frappe recipe is very refreshing and very simple to make, any time of the year.

Containing the goodness of blueberries, raspberries, and orange and cranberry juices, this berry frappe will give you all the fruit need in one simple to prepare and tasty drink.

One serve of this recipe represents 5% of the recommended daily energy intake of an average person.
Ingredients 
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 8 ice cubes

Method
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Serve immediately in long glasses.
